Design and Implementation of Experimental Consumable Management Device for the Automatic Nucleic Acid Detection System

摘要

A management device for experimental consumable based on the STM32 is designed to improve the efficiency of nucleic acid detection and its application for the automatic nucleic acid detection system based on magnetic nanoparticles is checked. The STM32 controller is used as the core of the management control system, the workflow and classification management of the experimental consumables is realized by STM32 controlling. The positioning of the consumables is controlled with the help of photoelectric sensor, which makes the device a closed loop control system. When received instructions from the host computer through RS485 bus, the device can analyze protocols and take appropriate measures such as pushing, recycling and recording experimental consumables. A single channel of cabinet structure is used as the primary structure of the experimental consumable management to save the space of the storage and improve the efficiency of the consumable management. This device provides researchers with quick and simple centralized control of diverse experimental consumables, which has the advantages of intelligence, remote, without human intervention, etc.
