摘要
A new ursane-triterpenoid, 21-beta-hydroxyurs-12-en-3-one 1 together with a known compound, beta-sitosterol-3-O-beta-D-glucoside 2 have been isolated from the n-butanol fraction of the ethanolic extract of the whole plant of Phlebophyllum kunthianum. The structure of a new compound 1 has been elucidated as 21-beta-hydroxyurs-12-en-3-one 1 on the basis of detailed chemical and spectral data analysis. Known compound 2 has been reported for the first time from this plant.
