摘要

Previous experimental studies of plastically deformed lead crystals in the superconducting state have revealed strong anomalies in its thermal conductivity. Similar effects have also been found for the thermal conductivity of bent He-4 samples. Until now, a theoretical explanation for these results has been lacking. In this paper we introduce the process of phonon-kink scattering and show that it qualitatively explains the experimentally observed anomalies.
