摘要
We investigate analytically the two-dimensional Fokker-Planck equation with an adiabatic focusing term to explore the influence of adiabatic focusing on parallel diffusion. Simple analytical forms for the modified parallel mean free path and the coherent speed are derived which can easily be applied and are, therefore, useful for applications. In the interplanetary magnetic field we expect stronger focusing for decreasing distance from the Sun. Thus, we expect that the results of this paper are important for describing particle scattering close to the Sun and in the solar corona.
