摘要
It was determined that the mean grain boundary radius of curvature (r) over bar (b) in 3 mol% yttria-stabilized zirconia isothermally annealed without and with a DC electric field E-0(*) = 18 V/cm was uniquely proportional to the mean linear intercept grain size (d) over bar, the proportionality constant alpha = 3/2 being in accord with the Rios-Fonseca stereological model.
