摘要
MWCNTs/polymer composites with filler distribution induced by electric fields were investigated by optical microscopy. MWCNTs aligned network formation in the large-scale MWCNTs/epoxy conductive composites was developed by following on applied voltage time dependency during the curing. Resistivity measurements of samples of the different MWCNTs concentration aligned in an AC electric field have shown that the critical concentration of the percolation limit is more than 10 times lower as compared to MWCNTs/epoxy composites with randomly distributed filler. The obtained samples revealed anisotropy of electrical conductivity the value of which is more significant for composites with low MWCNTs concentration (0.05-0.2 wt.%) due to the predominant decrease of resistivity in the direction perpendicular to the external electric field for higher MWCNTs content.
