摘要
Conflict happens during the interpersonal communication frequently, especially when the globalization has pervaded into different fields of people's life and work. Then how to achieve a smooth and peaceful interpersonal relationship has become more and more important to guarantee a happy mood and a big success. Conflict has been caused by many factors naturally, but here the author of this paper just focuses on the relationship between culture and conflict, trying to get a glimpse of the inner side of the two, hoping to present some constructive values to the interpersonal relationship and at the same time making people from different cultures understand each other more deeply.
