摘要
In this study, Berosus (s.str) byzantinus Ganglbauer, 1904 is reported from Fars and Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad provinces as a new record for Iran. The specimens of this species were collected between 1991 and 2002. This new record extends the geographical distribution of this rare species to the south of Iran.
