摘要

The main frame of gear shaping machine is the key component to bear the load and weight, whose dynamic characteristics directly affect the whole machine's processing accuracy and stability. A novel approach, which can be used for dynamic characteristics optimization of the machine tools based on response surface model, is reported in this paper. Parameter model of key dimension of variable parameter is established to get the model of multi-objective optimization design, and the goal of high natural frequency and light-weight is reached. In order to attain the parameter optimization value of lightweight, the model of main frame of gear shaping machine structure is solved. By this method, the natural frequency increases by 2.1% and quality decreases by 18.3% with higher precision and stronger practicality. Meanwhile, the optimal method can be also applied to other designs of manufacturing equipment.
