Aiming at the main shaft lining repair engineering in Banji, inner sleeve lining steel plate high-strength concrete composite shaft lining is forward. Firstly, the forced mechanism of shaft lining, inner edge concrete of shaft lining due to the restraint of steel tube in three-way compressive stress state is analyzed. The compressive strength dramatic increased. However, the current design calculation method did not consider this. Therefore, according to the current method for design of concrete structure related content, the inner sleeve lining steel plate high-strength concrete composite shaft lining design and calculation complete method are given. Then, the model testing shows that the compressive strength of concrete increased 1.838-1.859 times using the complete method to design the inner steel high-strength concrete composite shaft lining structure, Finally, application of Banji main shaft lining engineering and measurement show that the concrete in shaft lining structure hoop stress value is -392 μΕ, which indicates that the method to design the shaft lining structure is safety and reliability.
