New methodology applied to the optimization of transformer substation

A new methodology used in power distribution network optimization is proposed. This methodology can help us easily find the most economical program in many reasonable results objectively before the loop is established, including selecting the places, the capacities and the sum of substation. And the sample testified the feasibility and validity of the methodology.
