摘要

The performance of all-solid-state lithium sulfur batteries, using a composite electrode containing activated carbon with enhanced electroconductivity was investigated at 25 degrees C. The incorporation of poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)/poly(styrenesulfonate) into activated carbon enhanced conductivity, improving battery performance. The cell reversible capacity exceeded 1300 mA h g(-1) at 0.64 mA cm(-2) and 25 degrees C despite a high sulfur content (60 wt %). Especially, the increase of electric conductivity because of the conductive polymer material was larger during the charge reaction than that during the discharge reaction.
