摘要

in this paper, we have prepared NH4ZnPO4: Eu3+ phosphors with different structures and morphologies via altering solvents and surfactants. Both XRD and SEM indicate that the morphologies, structures and the dimensions of the products varied while altering the surfactants and solvents. The NH4ZnPO4: Eu3+ phosphors synthesized in N,N-dimethylacetamide (DMA) wear diverse morphologies at the presence of the surfactant (cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) or polyethylene glycol (PEG)), such as nano-rod and flake, while the morphologies of the phosphors prepared in N,N-dimethyformamide (DMF) are like micro-spheres, which is composed of a great many flakes and the structures of NH4ZnPO4: Eu3+ changed from monoclinic to hexagonal system. Furthermore, the photoluminescence of NH4ZnPO4: Eu3+ has been investigated, all the phosphors exhibit the characteristic transition of Eu3+ ion, the electric dipole transition (5)Do -> F-7(2) of Eu3+ ions is dominant indicating that the sites of Eu3+ ions in NH4ZnPO4 have no the inversion center.
