摘要
"Coach-athlete" guanxi, being one of the most important contents in the ecology sport, would significantly affect athletic performance. Based on the spirit of cultural consciousness, ecology sports are regarded as the object to discuss the effect of "coach-athlete" guanxi on organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior as well as the mediation of perceived organizational support by applying supervisor-subordinate guanxi (SSG) under ecology sport. Proper "coach-athlete" guanxi could effectively enhance athletes' organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior, and "coach-athlete" guanxi normally appears effects on organizational citizenship behavior through perceived organizational support, which presents complete mediation. However, perceived organizational support merely shows partial mediation on guanxi and organization organizational commitment.
