Application of expert system for the automatic loading control

In process control industry, for adapting the change of market, it requires to regulate automatically the load of production. In this paper, the configuration function modules, sequence control and expert system strategy are mainly applied to design automatic loading control system on the DCS of butadiene product equipment. The system has been applied successfully to industry field, which has important function on reducing operation intensity, stabilizing work state, increasing available produce time and receding accident ratio.
