Process-oriented enterprise knowledge map and its ontological realization

There is no effective integration between knowledge management and organization business process in current knowledge management system. To deal with it and realize integration and collaborative utilization of knowledge resources within enterprise, a hierarchical and process-oriented knowledge map model for enterprise knowledge management was constructed based on analysis of knowledge map technology and its application mode. A model realization method based on ontology technology and Web Ontology Language (OWL) was proposed. An application instance was used to prove the effectiveness of the model. The proposed model has not only realized knowledge integration and collaboration within enterprise, but also created conditions for collaborative knowledge management under collaborative-commerce environment.
