摘要

Superfast domain wall motion during merging of elongated domains in potassium titanyl phosphate (KTP) single crystals with C-2v symmetry has been studied. The model of the [100]-oriented superfast wall formation resulting in appearance of the switching current peaks has been proposed. The fitting of the measured double-maxima current peaks has allowed extracting the [100]-oriented wall velocity. The obtained values are close to the results obtained by analysis of the domain kinetics video records. The mobility and threshold fields for superfast domain walls have been obtained.
