摘要

The asphalt binder aging in the mixing and compaction process of mixture is known as short-term aging. In this paper, the binder is extracted from the mixed and compacted WMA mixture by the rotary evaporator method, penetration, softening point, and ductility of extracted binder are measured. The factors influencing WMA short-term aging are analyzed using grey correlation theory. The test results show that the importance of factors in deciding the WMA short-term aging has following sequence: mixture mixing temperature>type of WMA technology >aggregate heating temperature>nominal maximum particle size>volume of air voids. It validates the WMA technology and reduces the aging of the binder due to the reduction of mixing temperature. The shell finished warm-asphalt has a smaller degree of binder's short-term aging process.
