A Integrated Cancer Classification Method Based on CIJEP

In recent years, Microarray technology have been used to acquire large-scale gene expression data. This data have the characters of high dimension and high noise, which makes the distinguish of patient samples from normal samples difficult. This paper presented a integrated cancer classification method based on CIJEP(Bag-CIJEP). IJEP based cancer classifier is used as base classifier, and the bagging strategy is applied to integrate these classifiers. The experiment of this proposed method was conducted on ALL/ AML data set and the experimental results show that the presented method improves cancer classification accuracy compared with some traditional classification methods.
