摘要

With the rapid development of medical cloud storage technology, more and more hospitals and individuals will be outsourced to the encrypted private data cloud server. Therefore, the effective retrieval of encrypted data in the cloud becomes the attention focus in selecting a medical cloud service. In the searchable encryption of medical cloud services, data owners tend to store the data files as cipher texts via multiple cloud server, so as to improve the retrieval efficiency of medical cloud data for authorized users. We comprehensively analyzed the research results of searchable encryption mechanism at home and abroad and summarized the latest searchable encryption technology, as well as the classification of existing research methods, including the key word of medical searchable encryption mechanism, the symmetrical searchable encryption mechanism and other types of searchable encryption mechanisms. Furthermore, the respective analysis in this paper summarized the current medical searchable encryption methods, their own advantages and disadvantages, as well as the different improvements that can be made. Besides, the main problems were summarized, such as information leakage, poor practicability, and low search efficiency. Base on the above analysis, we propose a symmetric private information retrieval (OSPIR) in the single-server multi-user mode. At last but not the least, the potential research directions in future were also clarified.
