摘要
Despite an increasing amount of research in the field of psychotraumatology, little is known about help seeking behavior of adolescents suffering from PTSD. While effective psychotherapeutic interventions are available, only a minority of PTSD patients seek professional psychotherapeutic care. Based on Andersens' model of health care utilization we investigated several sociological and psychological factors influencing help-seeking behavior among adolescents (patients and nonpatients; N=104) such as concern about stigmatization.
