摘要

An Inverse Heat Conduction Problem (IHCP) is examined in this study by an Iterative Regularization Method (IRM), and commercial software CFD-ACE+ to estimate simultaneously six unknown internal surface heat fluxes of a square internal combustion chamber with irregular external fins based on simulated external temperature measurements by thermal cameras. The inverse problem will be justified based on the numerical experiments where six different surface heat flux distributions will be determined. Results show that the inverse solutions can always be obtained accurately with simulated exact temperature measurements, since the maximum relative error for the estimated heat fluxes is less than 3.3%. Also, it is concluded that reliable internal surface heat fluxes of the square chamber can still be obtained in the present study even when large measurement errors are included.
