A general stability result for a quasilinear wave equation with memory

In this paper we consider a quasilinear viscoelastic problem and prove an explicit and general decay rate result, using some properties of the convex functions. Our result is established without imposing restrictive assumptions on the behavior of the relaxation function at infinity.
