摘要

Volts/Hz controlled industrial adjustable speed drives of induction motor can often experience the slow speed dynamic response caused by voltage drop of stator resistance and undesirable sustained oscillations. The paper presents a novel flux oriented V/f closed control to deal with the problems above. The proposed control scheme is based on the constant V/f method and the stator flux linkage oriented control concept. The scheme fully compensates the voltage drop of stator resistance using d-axis and q-axis dynamic currents which helps to keep a constant steady-state flux in d axis regardless of the operation change in motor speed or load. To suppress oscillation a new oscillation compensation method is added to the closed V/f control method. The presented work also carried out the theoretical stability analysis and analyzed principle of design proper feedback parameters under the proposed scheme using the Small-signal Model method. The simulation and experimental results based on a 10kW IM drive systems are presented which confirm that the proposed scheme have a good transient response and nearly none oscillations in in a wide operation range.
