摘要

The design of miniaturized metamaterial absorber is based on the modified Minkowski(M-Minkowski) fractal structure. The proposed absorber is composed of M-Minkowski fractal structure in the top layer etched on dielectric substrate with the lower metal plate. The simulated results indicate that the metamaterial absorber has dual-band absorbing peaks with high absorptivity (>99%). The absorber is insensitive to polarization and has a wide angles(upto 60o) characteristic of incident waves for both TE and TM mode. The proposed absorber can reduce the absorption response bands and further implement miniaturization comparing with the Minkowski fractal structure.
