摘要

The typical petrochemical sludge, sewage sludge and paper mill sludge were used to investigate the effects of types and additive amounts of modified agents on the rheological properties and stability of coke-sludge slurry (CSS) by means of rotational viscometer to obtain process parameters of preparing high concentration of sludge coke slurry. The results show that three kinds of coke-sludge slurries, modified by Ca(OH)2, KOH, NaOH can satisfy the demand in industrial application. The concentration of the coke-water slurry (CWS) could achieve above 70% without stabilizer and the slurry appears shear-thickening behavior. With the increase of adding amount of sludge, the CSS gradually converts from the dilatant fluid into pseudoplastic fluid. The maximum concentration of CSS is 62%, 62% and 64% respectively when the additive amounts of sludge are 12% of the petrochemical coke. With the increase of additive amount of sludge, the stability of the CSS increases significantly, and sludge can completely replace the stabilizer using in coke-water slurry.
