摘要

A.C. complex impedance measurements were performed on Pb2KNb5O15 ferroelectric ceramics (T(c) = 733 K) in a frequency range of 20- 3 x 10(5) Hz between room temperature and 820 K. An impedance relaxation was observed. Two dispersion processes were found to be responsible for this non-ideal relaxation, one due to the carrier mobility and the other one resulting from intrinsic polarization of the ferroelectric material. Based on an equivalent circuit a new impedance relaxation expression was proposed to describe the impedance behavior of PKN ceramics.
