摘要

Paper presents the analysis of the IEC flickermeter's signal chain operation for the input voltage consisting of three components: one of fundamental frequency and two sub/interharmonics. A model of an IEC flickermeter has been built consisting of a set of equations describing the dependency of P(st) indicator from the amplitude and phase of one of the sub/interharmonics. The flicker occurrence for the case of sub/interharmonics presence was explained (even for frequencies much greater than the power frequency). There have been assigned the sub/interharmonics' frequencies for which the phase dependencies have to be taken into account while estimating the P(st) indicator. The influence of simultaneous presence of both harmonic and sub/interharmonic components on the result of P(st) indicator measure has also been described. The comparison with the results of the numerical simulations proved the described analysis of the IEC flickermeter's signal chain is right.
