摘要

The integrated scheduling of TT&C resources is an optimization problem with complex constraints such as multi-time windows and long-time windows. The requirements for orbit determination and orbit keeping of middle and high orbit satellites are analyzed, then according to the task requirement description of low orbit satellites, a normalized requirement description for all types of satellites suitable for scheduling algorithm design is proposed. Following the performance constraints of TT&C resources from space and ground, an integrated scheduling model is established, with maximizing the weight satisfaction rate as an objective, and then a genetic algorithm-based scheduling strategy is formulated. Simulation results demonstrate that the presented model and algorithm are feasible.
