摘要

A comprehensive transformation investment planning model with multiple investment constraints is proposed for combining various energy-saving measures for the regional distribution network. Such core parameters as gray connectedness weights, indicator inferiority degrees, as well as the energy-saving efficiency of transformation, are obtained by gray relational analysis, sampling statistics and contrasts of sample transformation. Based on the above analysis and in the hierarchical partition management mode of the regional network, a coarse planning model for reform in investment allocation is developed, with investment amounts as variables and by referring to various investment constraints and weights. An example shows that, with the energy-saving model as guidance, the reform fund can be made full use of, the distribution network line loss is markedly lowered, and the line loss gaps between nets effectively reduced, while the energy efficiency of distribution is enhanced in an all-round way. Compared with existing rehabilitation programs, the planning model boasts unique comparative advantages.
