摘要

The oribatid mite genus Epidamaeus Bulanova-Zachvatkina, 1957 from China is reviewed, and a list and key to all known species from China are provided. Two new species, Epidamaeus mayangheensis n. sp. and E. kanbulaensis n. sp. as well as one newly recorded species from China, E. granulatus Bayartogtokh, 2000, are identified, and their morphological descriptions and illustrations are also given. The distinct characteristics of E. mayangheensis n. sp. is rather long length of seta in and willow-leaf like, with middle vein, radially directed notogastral setae. The obvious characteristics of E. kanbulaensis n. sp. is short seta in; small sized spinae adnatae; straight, attenuate, with small barbed setae ad(1), ps(1) and sensillus.
