摘要

Purpose:The aim of this study was to investigate and compare the effect of a 8-wk period of Alternational load training and conventional training on female Weightlifting athletes' lower-limbs muscural strength at the same time, supervised that the weight, girth and body fat of the subjects. Methods:Twenty-four trained females(20.51 +/- 1.6yr) participated in the study. The alternational load groups(AHF and ALF, N=16) performed dynamic squatting and the additional load (1-6RM) exercises in the alternational load system on strength training. The acceleration of the vibration platform was 2g (15-20 m/s(2)). Vibration frequency was 10-30Hz, and an amplitude was 6-8mm. Controlled group (C G, N=8) performed dynamic squatting and the additional load (1-6RM) exercises. Three training groups exercises 3-wk(-1). The maximal static strength of knee's 120 degrees, the maximal squat strength on the weightlifting platform and the muscural peak torque of hip knee joints on Biodex isokinetic system were measured pre-and after the trail. Results:The maximal static strength of knee's 120 degrees Percentage of increased significantly (p<0.001) in AHF G (19.98 +/- 1.48%), ALF G (17.98 +/- 1.52%)and the C G (5.99 +/- 0.91%),the maximal squat strength in AHF G (11.43 +/- 3.21%) ALF G (11.59 +/- 1.52%) and the C G (2.30 +/- 1.48%),the muscule peak torque of hip joints' extensors and flexions in the alternational load groups enhanced significantly (p<0.001)in AHF G (26.13 +/- 4.09%), ALF G(24.62 +/- 4.13%)and C G (7.75 +/- 2.54%) only. Conclusion: The alternational load groups that it provokes, has the potential to induce strength gain in knee and hip extensors and flexions to the same extent as controlled training at utmost intensity. It was clearly shown that strength increase after alternational load stimulate to organism, simultaneity, found a basic appearance of subjects that the weight is lower, girth and body fat is normal.
