摘要
A new approach to modeling of thermal coupling based on current-controlled current sources is developed. The approach is compatible with existing compact models, simple to implement, and does not require any additional circuit nodes. A Verilog-A implementation is presented, along with an SiGe heterojunction bipolar transistor example.
