摘要

An attempt has been made to combine the molecular imprinting technique and the electropolymerization of self-assembled o-amino thiophenol (o-AT) to prepare imprinted film using nitro-benzene as the model template analyte. The feasibility of utilizing this oligomer film as the recognition element for electrochemical sensing of nitrobenzene has been demonstrated. A sensitive response is obtained within 2 min covering a linear range from 0.05 mmol/L to 4.5 mmol/L. The imprinted film shows nice stability toward harsh treatments and it is easy to remove the template molecule by electrochemical treatment. Reasonable selectivity toward nitrobenzene indicates that the recognition sites formed in the oligomer film are spatially oriented by nitrobenzene and almost complementary in size and shape for this molecule. The electrodes based on the imprinted film show good reproducibility (RSD = 2.53%) and reversibility. The present work put forward a possible way for fabricating sensors based on MIPs.
