摘要
A 52-year-old man with papillary thyroid cancer underwent total thyroidectomy and subsequent I-131 remnant ablation. The postablation whole-body radioiodine scanning showed an unexpected focus on the upper right arm. SPECT/CT found that the abnormal focus of radioactivity was from body surface. Histopathology confirmed the diagnosis of benign fibrous histiocytoma.
