摘要
In view of the problems about conventional current comparator, such as low speed and low accuracy, we have proposed a novel CMOS current comparator. Simulation results employing CMOS technique HSPICE model show that the propagation delay time is 5.2 ns for 3 V power supply and a ±0.3 μA square wave input current. The resolution of the current comparator is as low as 0. 8 nA. It is suitable for high speed and high accuracy current-mode integrated circuits.
