摘要

A coordinated control method for the clinker cooler and air quenching cooler boiler (AQC boiler) in dry-process cement clinker rotary kiln with pure low temperature waste heat recovery power generation (WHRPG) is presented in this paper. The waste heat of hot air from clinker cooler is recovered by AQC boiler of WHRPG. However, the sharp fluctuation of both the temperature and flow rate of discharged waste hot air makes it hard to maximize the waste heat recovery. While conventional PID control cannot function well in this unsteady situation, fuzzy control shows advantages over conventional control techniques in implementing the control rules. In this paper, the boiler-cooler fuzzy coordinated control system was designed and applied based on the analysis of the process and control experience of operator. The fuzzy coordinated control system consists of three controllers. The development of each controller is shown detailed. The system has been applied in a cement plant in Guangdong, China. The results of actual application show that the boiler-cooler fuzzy coordinated control system exhibits high reliability and efficiency in coordinating operations of dry-process cement kiln and waste heat power generation.
