Multivariable fuzzy control of ceramic kiln

摘要

Feature of Continuous ceramic kiln is non-linearity, such as lag and close coupling. For different sintering areas, it requires different temperature, pressure and atmosphere, which make it difficult to control precisely according to the sintering process. In this paper, it is analyzed with regard to the advantages. and disadvantages about common fuzzy control technology and modeless self-study multivariable fuzzy control technology and intelligent management system in ceramic kiln control. The conclusion is drawn that multivariable fuzzy control technology in ceramic kiln has so better control performance that is a new type ceramic kiln control technology.
