摘要

In order to thoroughly implement the and of people-oriented medical service, our hospital has adopted comprehensive intervention to replace traditional treatment and ntirsing Methods. In order to fully clarify specific changes in the use intensity of antimicrobial agents for spinal orthopedic disease after comprehensive intervention and improve rationality of use of antimicrobial agents, this study selected 2000: cases of patients admitted to the spinal orthopedics department as research subjects and grouped them based On whether they received comprehensive intervention. 1000 patients admitted from January 2013 to January 2014 didn't receive comprehensive intervention and were classified as the reference group; 1000 patients admitted from May 2014 to May 2016 had comprehensive intervention and were classified as the observation group. Use intensity of antimicrobial drug was calculated with defined daily dose (DDD) as the unit, drug use intensity of the two groups of patients, was judged and analyzed using SPSS19.0 statistical software. The results show that after comprehensive intervention, antimicrobial use density (AUD) of,spinal orthopedics patients decreased from the original 69 23 DDDs/100 people / day to 22.30 DDDs1100 person / day. The difference between the two groups was compared and there is a significant statistical difference. Therefore, the results of this study fully confirm the specific role of comprehensive intervention in improving the use intensity of antimicrobial agents. Implementation' of comprehensive fluffing methods can effectively reduce use intensity' of antimicrobial agents of spinal orthopedics patients, and thus improve the rationality of drug use in treatment.
