摘要
A liquid chromatographic-mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) method for the determination of metformin in cultivated plant species and soil is described. Plant samples (barley, barley-leaf, carrot, etc.) or soil were homogenized with an extraction solution of ammonium acetate/formic acid and centrifuged. The supernatant was clean-up with a solid phase extraction column, filtered, and injected into the LC/MS-MS. The limits of quantification were 30ng/g for metformin.
