Top racing is to achieve the goal of subject excellence on the premise of understanding and using the law of things and by having knowledge as the power drive. The results of top racing are different and top racing groups are diversified. Therefore, to clearly and systematically analyzetop racing management system, it is necessary to fully explore the individual and overall characteristics in top racing management by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the performance of top racing, and to establish indicators for quantifiable analysis based on generalized decision-makingmodel algorithm. The assessment information of each behavioral subject is integrated, the weight vector of subject behavior is achieved, and a reasonable indicator weight value is obtained, which provide a basis for the construction and improvement of top racing management.
