摘要

For situations of bus stops locating at downstream of signalized intersection, following vehicles would be delayed when multi-line buses arrived and stayed at the stop station in commuting time. Worsely, following vehicles may be blocked at stop line of the intersection even during green phrase. In this paper, based on Petri Nets a model focusing on above problem is proposed and a formalized description of traffic flow at intersection occupying and releasing the road resource alternately is given. In simulation, the relationship between delay time and distance from bus station to stop line of intersection, arriving rates and dwell time of buses, signal circle and split, are studied. Experiments show that the longer the distance is the less delay time would be caused. And there exists a distance threshold, at which longer circle and short dwell time would decrease the delay time.
