In cytopathological examination; anaplastic ductal epithelial cell, having polihedral shaped, elongated-hypochromatic nuclei and vacuolated cytoplasm, were attended. Histopathologically, neoplastic ductal epithelia showing large-hyperchromatic nuclei and eosinophilic cytoplasm was arreged glands among muscle cells. It was noted that the glands were dilated and developed papillary proliferations into lumen. Cysts were covered with flattened epitheliums and filled with secret in lumens.
