摘要

Typhoon causes serious economic losses and human casualties every year. An intelligent decision support system is an essential prerequisite for disaster losses evaluation and management. In this thesis, a multi-model-based intelligent decision support system was introduced to evaluate the typhoon disaster losses by setting up typhoon information databases, estimating possible losses before, during, and after typhoon disaster, and automatically generating disaster levels. Based on the evaluation results, coping strategies and countermeasures were proposed by the system. This thesis also deals with the functional framework of the system, database design, disaster losses evaluation methods, model construction and countermeasures report etc.
