摘要
A multifunction measurement instrument used for evaluating properties of applied superconductors and their device applications has been developed. It is able to carry out measurements with user-friendly and flexible operation. Its flexible design can also be applied to suit the measurement of different properties by modifying the initial input parameters and calculation methods. Examples of applications are presented to verify the method and instrument, along with detailed theoretical calculations and testing results.
