摘要

A new algorithm for analysing electromagnetic (EM) scattering from randomly rough surfaces is presented. This algorithm combines the stochastic second-degree iterative method with the sparse matrix algorithm to achieve high computational efficiency, and further uses the Chebyshev approximation to replace the Taylor expansion for the weak interaction between two points beyond mutual neighbourhoods. A numerical example demonstrates the suitability of the proposed method for rough surfaces with rms height larger than three wavelengths.
