摘要

Iron-nitrogen co-doped biochar(Fe-NBC)was prepared by hydration pyrolysis with straw as raw material,and it was applied in persulfate heterogeneous advanced oxidation reaction system to treat the effluent of secondary sedimentation tank of papermaking wastewater. The results showed that the surface pores of Fe-NBC were abundant,and graphite C,Fe,Fe-N,and Fe-C,as well as pyridine N,graphite N and pyrrole N were formed during pyrolysis. Fe-NBC could efficiently catalyze persulfate to produce oxidized free radicals,thus effectively reducing the CODCr of biochemical effluent of wastewater. When the dosage of persulfate was 4 mmol/L and the dosage of Fe-NBC was 0. 4 g/L,CODCr of the wastewater decreased from(123±1)mg/L to(58±1)mg/L after catalytic degradation for 120 min with the removal rate of 52%. The catalytic activity of Fe-NBC did not change much,and the removal rate of COD was still maintained after Fe-NBC reused for 4 time. ? 2023 China Technical Association of Paper Industry.
