Renewal and Strategy Transformation of the Teaching Management Concept in Contemporary School

At present, the demand for comprehensive talents in our country has been more and more urgent. In the teaching practice, the school has focused more on cultivating specialists rather than all-rounder. In this form, there's a contradiction between new teaching concept and traditional management concept, so it's imperative to update, change the teaching methods of traditional teaching management concept. In this paper, the new educational concept was mainly introduced, and according to research the present situation of school teaching concept, and an example was selected to research, then, the deficiencies in the current school education management concept were deeply analyzed, which provided useful ideas for the transformation of school education methods and strategies.
