摘要
This work describes a simple and straight forward route for the synthesis of cyanoguanidine tethered dipeptidomimetics. The protocol is simple and uses thioureidopeptides as starting materials. HgCl2 serve as an effective desulphurizing agent in affording the desired products in good yields.
