摘要
The effect of gamma irradiation on three antibiotics (Nalidixic acid, Spectinomycin, and Rifampicin) were studied. The drugs were exposed to different doses of radiation emitted by Co-60 source, up to 205 kGy. The degradation induced on the above antibiotics by ionizing radiation was discussed based on their UV-VIS and FTIR absorption spectra.
